ABOUT ME
BACKGROUND
You might look fine on the outside—showing up, doing all the things—but inside, something feels off. Maybe it’s a quiet sense of disconnection, a loneliness you can’t explain, or the feeling that you’ve had to hide parts of yourself just to be accepted. I work at the intersection of trauma and grief — especially when it shapes identity, disrupts belonging, or lives in the nervous system.

Many people I work with have had so much happen to them they worry no one will believe them—others can’t name what hurts, but still feel it. It often shows up as shame, self-doubt, shutdown, relationship struggles, anxiety, or a quiet feeling that something’s missing. These are the wounds that shape everything: who you trust, how you show up in relationships, how safe you feel in your body, and how much of yourself you hide or silence to stay accepted. This is pain that seeps into the bones — emotional neglect, relational betrayal, grief no one saw, and shame that whispers you’re too much, or not enough.

I draw from AEDP, IFS, and EMDR to support healing that goes beyond coping — into something deeper, relational, embodied, and gently transformative. I hold space for the pain of what happened and what didn’t, and what’s been buried, misnamed, or never acknowledged — so healing can begin in the places it once felt impossible. If you carry pain that was never fully seen, grief that didn’t “count,” trauma that felt subtle but cut deep, or shame that slowly disconnects you from your own worth — you’re welcome here. You don’t have to explain or justify your pain for it to matter.

PERSPECTIVE
I believe healing is a quiet rebellion — a radical return to yourself. It’s the moment you stop blaming yourself and begin to feel your emotions, recognizing they make sense. It’s the moment you start speaking your truth without shrinking, unlearning who the world told you to be, and finally coming home to who you really are.

This work is raw and deeply relational. It’s not always easy. If you’re ready to dig beneath the shutdown, the shame, and the disconnection, I’ll meet you in the trenches. Healing happens when we stop trying to be who we were told to be and begin becoming who we truly are. You are allowed to take up space, feel your own emotions, and live a life that feels like yours.
